Sunbeams on a Grey Day

Wooly Headed Ruth reports this:  "I took Young'un to preschool this morning, walked up to the gate, and saw the director standing there with five new red scarves draped around her neck. One she knit herself, which brings her count up to seven.  The other four?  They were knit by a clerk at the A.C. Moore where she buys her yarn.  The director told the woman why she was buying all that red yarn, and the clerk apparently went home and started knitting."

 

Ruth said and I echo:  "I have to tell you ... this really lifted my spirits on this grey day."
