Red Scarf Project 2007

Multidirectional

Look, Ma!  I made this fun multidirectional scarf.  I used Lorna's Laces Worsted.  One solid color (dark chocolate) and one handpainted (Tuscany).  Nice, soft yarn, and superwash.

Models With Class...And Sass

Kristen has finished this scarf, of her own design (pattern to come soon to Kristen's blog), and her son modeled it with his bass.  Way, way cool.  I loved the up-close shot, so that's the one I chose for here.  Go see her blog for other shots.

And my dear friend Vicki finished a multidirectional scarf in Mango Moon recycled silk yarn, and guess what?  She got her gorgeous daughter to model it.  The bar for fun and beautiful modeled shots is being raised higher every day, folks!  Do YOU get as much of a charge out of perusing the Gallery of Finished Scarves as I do?

Sadly, I cannot make the link work and cannot listen to it with Firefox or Internet Explorer.  It says the site is unavailable.  Strangely enough, I was able to get to the site through AOL, but was still not able to listen.  Kelli tells me it can be accessed through iTunes, but I'm a bit unsophisticated about iTunes and have not tried to locate it there yet.

Babette Has One Too

Sunday seems to be a big red scarf day, and I'm NOT COMPLAINING!!!

Babette did a cool scarf that is sure to be loved.  Her camera thinks it's pink, but it's not!  She's got another one in the planning stages.  It'll be a regular Babette's Feast around here.  Oh, groannnnn, I'm sorry.
