Have you checked out Title Nine (titlenine.com)? They have some cute workout clothes, although I don't think Nike.

    margene

No matter how much we enjoy exercise once we're there getting THERE is the hard part.

I hate when I find something that I love, only to also find I cannot get more. I get obsessed with the searching.

    Vicki

    Knock 'em out! Regularly.

    Ann

try nike women. I'll bet those men LOVE you in the gym. Better pick me up than coffee...LOL

    sandy

Good for you, the going! What? No cleavage shots? I guess you are not like "that person" then, right?
    heh. sorry.

I'm sure you looked fab, but can we get back to the beet greens? Do you ever harvest them and leave the beet in the ground for future eating?

    Kelli

I am glad you made it back to your yoga practice. Try not to be so hard on yourself. Yoga is (in part) about acknowledging and accepting where you are at any given point without judgment and stilling your mind (especially your critical voice). As you recommit to your practice, your body may awaken in ways different than it did previously. Be well. ~ksp

Dear, when I see the black flashes it means I'm perilously close to passing out. Do be careful.

    Roxie

Hooray for you. Ogling and fawning is highly motivational. Give us a picture of the top and I'll check the local outlets. Nike is based in a nearby suburb.

    marianne

Yes, Norma, I was thinking the same thing Carrie wrote.
    You are such a hottie.

    jessica~

Norma, you sexy beast you. Those of us who suffer from heat rash would really really like to find a top like that. *itch itch* I found a great top at citysports but they only had my size in Hot Pink so I came home and ordered two online in sage green. Glad you are back to your practice - just remember that each day it gets easier (er, not really) but with each session you will become comfortable again doing the practice. Keep it up sexy!

I am having a hard time finding things I am *comfortable* wearing to Bikram... I am NOT ready for the bra top and shorts-only look that many of the oh-so-cute coeds wear to class, but the tank tops I wear over my cute bras are cotton and get SO soggy. I just need to run a LITTLE more of my ass off, and then I will give those bouncy cheerleaders a run for their money. Tattoos and life experience are just as hot as bikini tan-lines in this town!

I have not seen color flashes yet, still working on HOLDING some of those damn balance poses... but I love the wavery feeling and peripheral spots that I see when standing on my knees in Camel for the first time each class.

    Sarah

I know you are paying attention and taking good care of yourself. The black clouds sound scary. They feel like warnings. I'm glad you know what you're doing.

    Kelli

You may be able to find the Nike top in a color you prefer besides the icky pastels (I agree - I don't like the pastels either) in a Nike outlet store; is there one relatively near you?

    Congratulations on returning to yoga!!

    Cookie

I'm so glad that you're returning to the yoga.

While I hope there is no passing out in your future, I can't help but think that if it must happen it should happen on yummy man day at the gym. Someone will need to give you mouth to mouth after all.

As a newly-minted gym rat, I watch the clothing comments with great interest.

    lisa

What No Pictures? When I go to the gym, it is mostly the geezer gang (6 am-ish, but there a few younger folks)... so I definitely wouldn't feel good being ogled by that crowd. And I think I'd just smack anybody who ogled anyhow, so maybe that's why they don't do it? When I started tae kwon do years ago, I was the ONLY student one of the first days w/ the korean master... After a bunch of kicking drills he asked how was I doing. Fine said I, but I see spots. I don't know why you're seeing spots. Me either, but I see spots.

    Kristen

Um, Norma PLEASE be careful! "Black clouds" are not good! Be very kind to yourself--don't pass out in yoga class. Or anywhere else. OK? We like you, we'd like to keep you.
