MORE SCARVES URGENTLY NEEDED!

After a large unpacking event on Saturday, November 21, 2009, the count of scarves stands at 1,287.

Please knit more!  (or mail yours off if you are finished)  

P.S.  I forgot to mention, as a reminder:  The goal is 3,000-3,500 scarves.

Okay, I have to admit, I was going to pass on the knitting and stick with financial donation, as I never do well with deadlines and I think last year you got inundated. I however have yarn, and am now looking for a pattern. I think I can do this.

Thursday I shipped a dozen scarves collected at Two Sisters and Ewe in La Mesa, California. (Two of which were made by me.)

What is the current count? I'm finally catching up with other projects and could get one or two scarves done by the end of the week (about January 7th or 8th)?
