I had written a diatribe about how much I abhor Larry Kudlow and his disgusting strident voice and wishing that Larry would choke on Ann Coulter's bulimic ass, but then I watched The Daily Show and The Colbert Report and I got so cheered up that I deleted it.
Never mind.
But if, hypothetically, Larry Kudlow were to choke on Ann Coulter's bony ass....
...Or even better, Bill O'Reilly were to get caught in ...
