Big cashmere craving.
Turtleneck of man-made yarn
scratches on her skin.

It's come back to life
Taunting with it's shapeless form
Ponchos have returned.

Hi,
So this haiku isn't knitting-related at all, but it's my all-time favorite:
Yellow M & M
on the big, busy sidewalk.
Sitting, expectant.
I was a DJ in college and had "Haiku Night", so listeners could call me up and give me haikus to read on the air. Some random llistener (whose name, sadly, I never got) called me up and gave me that one, and I've never forgotten it. :)
